On Monday 900 pounds of fiber cement panels arrived on a an 18-wheeler delivery truck in our church parking lot, ready to be unloaded. There are 11 panels, and two strapping young men helped me get them off the truck and bring them into my studio space.

These panels will cover the walls of the Level 1 Atrium Classroom once I’ve primed them with coarse grain white silicate paint.
